Obituary for Eugene V. Fondaciaio

Eugene V. Fondaciaio 70 of Tobyhanna died on Wednesday Oct. 12, 2016 in the Pocono Medical Center E. Stroudsburg, Pa. He was the widower of Ann Marie Fondaciaio who died in 2009. Born in Hoboken, N.J. he was the son of the late Vincent and Josephine (Micale) Fondaciaio.

Gene was a resident of the Tobyhanna area for the past 28 years and prior to that he resided in the Little Ferry, N.J. area. He was employed as a lineman for the Atlantic Aviation Co. of Teterboro, N.J. for 35 years retiring in 2000. He was an airforce veteran of the Vietnam War and was of the catholic faith.

Eugene is survived by 2 daughters: Christina Thomsen husband Dennis of Stroudsburg and Carrie Fondaciaio of Bogate, N.J. and a son Gene M. Fondaciaio of Tobyhanna, 3 grandchildren: Gabriella, Jeremy and Ashley and a sister Ann Grato of Secaucus, N.J.

There will be a visitation of Monday Oct. 17, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8:00pm, with a prayer service being conducted at 7:00pm at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa.
