Obituary for Pasquale "Pat" Bova

Pasquale “Pat” Bova, 41, of Glen Lyon passed away Tuesday, November 8 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was the husband of Melissa Bova. Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of Jiacomo Bova and the late Lucille (Martinelli) Bova.

Pasquale was a cook in the restaurant business and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was known to be a jokester who loved to laugh and make others laugh. Pasquale was of the Catholic faith. He will be missed dearly.

In addition to his wife, Pasquale is survived by sons; Giacomo Bova and Pasquale Bova, both of Glen Lyon, Pa., sister; Ann Chirco and husband Louis of Stroudsburg, Pa., father; Jiacomo Bova of Pocono Summit, Pa., and nephews; David Chirco and A.J., and niece; Victoria Chirco.

There will be a memorial service held at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 N 9th Street Stroudsburg, Pa. from 10:00am-12:00pm Saturday, November 26. A Catholic Prayer service will follow at 12:00pm with Father Carmen Perry officiating.
