Obituary for Georgeanne Klingensmith

Georgeanne Klingensmith, 70, of East Stroudsburg passed away peacefully in her home Friday, Nov. 11. She was the wife of Richard Klingensmith, with whom she has spent 35 blissful years with. She was born in Vineland, New Jersey to Lou and Joan Scarani.

Georgeanne has been a resident of East Stroudsburg for 16 years where her and her husband built their beautiful house in the woods. She worked for 20 years as a director of human resources in a pharmaceutical company. Georgeanne loved nature and all animals. She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family. She will be missed dearly.

In addition to her husband Richard, Georgeanne is survived by her son Dominic and his wife Liz Prospero, along with three grandchildren; Lindey, Daniella, and Jared of FL., her mother; Joan Scarani of FL., and brothers; Steven Scarani of FL., and Lou and wife Fran Scarani of NJ. Georgeanne is predeceased by her father Lou Scarani and sister Bernadette Scarani.

There will be a memorial service held at Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 N 9th Street Stroudsburg on Sunday, Nov. 13 from 1:00-3:00pm.
