Obituary for John T. O'Halloran

John T. O’Halloran, 77, of Bushkill, PA passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Born in Boston, MA he was the son of the late John T. and Sophie (Kozlowski) O’Halloran. John was the husband of Alma Phillips (Bagler) O’Halloran.

John was of the Catholic faith and attending St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Bushkill, PA. He lived in Bushkill for the past 11 years and prior to that he resided in the Brooklyn, N.Y. and Boston, MA areas. John was an Army Vet and served in the Vietnam War. John obtained his master’s degree in electrical engineering and worked at Hewlett-Packard.

In addition to his wife, John is survived by two stepchildren; Carol Balger and Michael Phillips of Bushkill, PA, brother Stanley O’Halloran of Fairhope, Al, and nephew Stephen O’Halloran of MA.

A Catholic prayer service will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10AM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. 23 N. 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. There will be a viewing at 9AM until the time of services at the funeral home. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery following the services.
