Obituary for Catherine A. Tansey

Catherine A. Tansey 57 of Stroudsburg, Pa. died on Tuesday June 12, 2018. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey she was the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Fernandez) Tansey. Catherine was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 16 years and prior to that she resided in the Bayonne, N.J. area.

She was employed as a cashier at Walmart in E. Stroudsburg, Pa. for the past several years. She was of the catholic faith.

She is survived by her companion of 20 years Margaret A. Buckman and three sisters: Susan Tansey, Karen Tansey and Diane Tansey all of New Jersey.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa. is in charge of the arrangements.
